Feeling ? Question: "How can we learn to feel these emotions?" Christine: "Let the feeling completely engulf you. Let yourself drop into the very center of its core and feel it and become every part of the emotion...and surrender to it...and let it overwhelm you and sweep over you like a wave. And breathe into the center of it....welcoming it. And you'll feel the change in the cells that take place as your do that...breathing and feeling and breathing and feeling and letting it go. And become it. Become it. It's very powerful."
Question: "I seem to feel emotions in certain parts of the body, is this what you are talking about?" Christine: "Not only feel it where it is in the body, but give yourself permission to go in...to feel it as you never have before...all the aspects of it. Then it can leave. We only have emotions stored in the body because we weren't able to feel it and experience it at the time...that it was too much and we moved away from it...that it went into the cells.
