The Vision Quest Then the next directive came. I was to do a three-day Vision Quest out in the Australian bush. So I went out and I sat in the bush for three days and three nights and just took water with me. I'd never done a Vision Quest before...I didn't really know what it entailed. But I trusted, because that's what I had to do. I knew whatever I was shown to do was right for me...was my next step. And it was on the third morning of my Vision Quest...the sun came up over the hill and there was this 20-foot Golden Spider Web before me...with a pulsating center...and there was a rainbow on the outside of it. And I was told that it was time for me to leave Australia to come here to the States...this is where the work would be most utilized. I was to leave my children as well as everything I had and come here with one suitcase...and I was to book my ticket to San Francisco.
I took the book and I opened a page and a phone number just jumped out at me. So I thought, "Well, I'm going to ring this number". So I rang the number and a woman answered and I thought "She's going to think this sounds strange"...and I said "Look, I know you may think this is a little crazy, but I'm arriving in San Francisco on this date...and is there anything happening at that time...around that time...that you know of. And she said, "Well, I'm running a workshop two days after you arrive". And I said "Well, you'd better book me in"...not knowing what it was...realizing it was my starting point. And she said, "Well, I think I'd better pick you up from the airport.
You could stay with me the first night and I can organize for some accommodation for you. And she said, "I live in Mt. Shasta". And I thought Mt. Shasta was a suburb of San Francisco...you know, not knowing.
